Do you find yourself in a tug-of-war over the product vision, prioritization of features, or definition around how best to market your product? Are your stakeholders aligned with your product direction or are they constantly throwing distractions at your plan?
Product Management requires leadership without the authority to make everyone do as you want. You have to get people onboard with your vision, and then keep them there. It's like herding cats, but harder, much harder.
In this webcast we begin by exploring what goes into a compelling vision, and then look at next steps in the process: generating ownership and alignment with that vision among your stakeholders.
When stakeholders feel ownership and alignment they will:
- Bring you solutions rather than problems
- Show you innovations that support the vision (rather than just being "cool")
- Give you early insights into bumps in the road that they can see, rather than watching you hit them full speed
- Independently focus on high priority decisions and work
